Abstract

Surah Al-Alaq 1-5 is the first revelation that the Prophet Muhammad received. This is the first revelation revealed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which in Ibn Kathir's study is said to be the first grace and favor bestowed by Allah SWT on His servants. And this is also what marked his coronation as the Messenger of Allah, the messenger of Allah, to all mankind. This revelation became the cornerstone of change in world civilization. With the revelation of this verse, the history of mankind has changed. In each surah there is a study in the form of science which contains meaning, including in surah al-alaq verses 1-5. As for the formulation of the problem of this thesis, namely: 1. How is the interpretation of Surah Al-'alaq 1-5, 2. How is the epistemology of science in the study of surahal-'alaq verses 1-5. From the formulation of this problem, it is known that the results that will be discussed from the study of the epistemology of science in surah al-alaq 1-5. The research objective of this thesis is to find out the educational values contained in the Q.S. Al-Alaq verses 1-5. Furthermore, the method used is the method of data collection (library research). The research data collected was then analyzed using the tahlili method to explore the contents of suroh Al-Alaq verses 1-5 concerning educational values. After conducting an in-depth study, it is known that in suroh Al-Alaq verses 1-5 the first descend to the prophet Muhammad SAW is basically a form of command to pay attention to science, it contains three educational values, namely the value of skills education, the value of divine education and the value of education sense
