Abstract
The focus of this research is on Marketing Strategy of HNI-HPAI Products the Perspective of Sharia Economic Law (Case Study Community in Kotanopan), by raising two problem formulations, namely 1) How is the marketing strategy of HNI-HPAI products in Kotanopan? 2) How is the review of sharia economic law the marketing strategy of HNI-HPAI products in Kotanopan? Objective 1) To find out the marketing strategy of HNI-HPAI products in Kotanopan 2) To find out the review of sharia economic law the marketing strategy of HNI-HPAI products in Kotanopan. This research is a Field Research study that uses data collection techniques, namely by means of: Observation, Interview, and Documentation, then take books related to this research such as journals, Government Publications, and sites or sources that support this research. The results of the research that researchers get 1) in marketing HNI-HPAI products stock agents in Kotanopan use 4 marketing methods, namely based on agent status, price use, marketing location and promotion methods, 2) Overall, the marketing system for HNI-HPAI products is in accordance with Sharia Economic Law which uses the Wakalah bil Ujrah contract (compensation given to the representative for the work or task he performs) and the al-Jua'lah contract (promise/commitment to provide certain rewards for achieving results determined by the job), thus in the implementation of the HNI-HPAI product marketing strategy is in accordance with Sharia Economic Law
